Assessment Process

Our assessment process varies depending on the role that you are applying for. A competency-based interview will always form part of the process, but it may also include technical assessments, presentations or online questionnaires. You will also be required to demonstrate how you fit with our Values – SPIRIT.

Once we finish assessing all the candidates for the role, we will let you know if you have been successful and provide feedback if otherwise.
