Job Description

We are looking for a commercially savvy, relationship-driven National Account Executive to help grow our alcohol portfolio, across both on and off-trade. If you’re a results-driven individual who is passionate about building relationships and identifying opportunities, this could be an exciting opportunity to grow your career within a supportive team environment that values innovation, collaboration, and personal development. 

Key Responsibilities/Duties

  • Drive growth of the SHS Drinks brand portfolio through sales-led initiatives with both existing and new customers.
  • Bring national plans to life at a local level—think brand visibility, activation and distribution.
  • Build strong customer partnerships by aligning their needs with our brand objectives.
  • Collaborate with Brand, NPD, and Activation teams to deliver impactful campaigns.
  • Leverage insights to inform smarter decisions and deliver stronger results.
  • Manage financials effectively, including credit control, forecasting, and return on investment.
  • Monitor the competitive landscape and share relevant market intelligence.
  • Identify and engage high-potential prospects to support long-term growth.

Experience/Qualifications

  • A natural communicator who listens, questions, and persuades with purpose.
  • Strong planning and organisational skills.
  • Adaptability and sound judgement in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in customer development and commercial communication.
  • Confident in using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
  • A proactive mindset and a passion for results.
  • A full, clean driver’s licence.
