We are looking for a commercially savvy, relationship-driven National Account Executive to help grow our alcohol portfolio, across both on and off-trade. Key Responsibilities/Duties
- Drive growth of the SHS Drinks brand portfolio through sales-led initiatives with both existing and new customers.
- Bring national plans to life at a local level—think brand visibility, activation and distribution.
- Build strong customer partnerships by aligning their needs with our brand objectives.
- Collaborate with Brand, NPD, and Activation teams to deliver impactful campaigns.
- Leverage insights to inform smarter decisions and deliver stronger results.
- Manage financials effectively, including credit control, forecasting, and return on investment.
- Monitor the competitive landscape and share relevant market intelligence.
- Identify and engage high-potential prospects to support long-term growth.
Experience/Qualifications
- A natural communicator who listens, questions, and persuades with purpose.
- Strong planning and organisational skills.
- Adaptability and sound judgement in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in customer development and commercial communication.
- Confident in using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- A proactive mindset and a passion for results.
- A full, clean driver’s licence.
