This department is responsible for Group management reporting, taxation, pensions & benefits, treasury and internal auditing.
There are six teams here – Promotions & Commercial, Promotional Spend & Rebate, Purchase to Pay, Invoice to Cash and Reporting – handling invoice processing, payment runs, account management, cash collection, promotional management, price queries and rebate settlement for the Group’s commercial divisions.
This department manages our SAP platform, master data, IS infrastructure and associated applications. There are dedicated teams responding to all user requests via the Service Desk.
This department manages all customer orders and the logistics needs for the Group’s commercial divisions. This includes the processing of all orders, working with 3PL logistics providers and warehouses, transport planning and finished goods stock management.
In such a large and diverse Group, effective communications are crucial. This department handles all our internal and external comms, including media relations, event management, copywriting and crisis management.
The HR team focus on getting the best from and supporting our current employees and looking for new talent to join the SHS team. The main areas covered by the team include HR Business Partnering, Learning & Development, Talent Management including recruitment & payroll and benefits.
