Our People Engagement plan, which was developed in 2011, focuses on three key areas Training & Development, Health & Wellbeing and Empowerment.
Through Performance Reviews and a Training & Development forum business development needs are assessed and relevant courses and mentoring is put in place to meet these needs.
Keeping our people healthy and well is something we invest a great deal of effort in. Health & Wellbeing awareness days, information sessions, local challenges and health checks play a key role in this process.
People are an invaluable asset and their feedback and experience can help us to enhance the service we deliver. We regularly conduct staff briefings and seek feedback on how we could revise our business processes to develop the customer experience.
